The Good News, The Bad News

The orthopedic doctor has moved Ala to the "as needed" level. She danced about half of her class last night and only had minor muscle soreness today. Doc said take the entire summer to build back to full dance speed (she wasn't thrilled about that), but she's free to practice and dance again. That's the good news.

We stopped by the dentist's office to have an x-ray taken of an area that's sore and has developed a bump. Infection. A deadly course of antibiotics has been ordered (belly ache, here we come!) and week after next she goes back to see if the tooth is still viable. If he determines that it isn't, then we're looking at a root canal and most likely a crown.

Blast!

I'm still paying for an MRI, a bone scan, walking casts, glasses, contacts..... that cell phone bill..... I see a lot of Hamburger Helper in our future.

Root canal, been there, done that, boo hiss! Medical bills can wipe you out even with insurance.

Yes, indeedy...even having insurances sucks when you have pay 20%. I dread going to the doc for anything these days. Nothing wrong with hamburger helper...Spam...tuna fish...(See a trend? LOL)

I've had a root canal too. It wasn't such a big deal, just annoying. I'm hoping it's just tissue related, maybe a little infection from the wisdom tooth extraction, and it'll clear up with anitbiotics.

My family loves Hamburger Helper, but it makes me sick. Too many Secret Ingredients. I'm leaning toward lots of grilled turkey patties and grilled veggeis. We could all stand a break from chemicals.
