Hubby came across something about sending 2x4's, cut into 12" lengths, bearing some reference to the Second Amendment, via USPS, to Mr. Obahmah. This is devised to get his attention as to the Framers' intent (2x4 boards for framing...) for the Second Amendment. We now have a stack of 12" 2x4's in the back yard....
Some dim bulb Oklahoma congress critter from OKC has drafted anti-tresspassing legislation which is intended to stop people from hunting. It's all dressed up in the form of punishment for illegal tresspassing, but anyone with half a clue can read past the jargon. To paraphrase: if a hunter crosses onto property for which he/she does not have permission to hunt, whether knowingly or unknowingly, he/she can be fined, jailed, and lose all posessions, including firearms and ammunition, on the person at the time of arrest. If the person makes the same mistake a second time, it becomes Felony Trespassing. You read that right. A Felony. I don't have the bill number handy, but if you can't locate it, check back and I'll reference it later. I urge anyone and everyone in Oklahoma who knows about this Act of Stupidity to write to your state representatives and strongly encourage to laugh this bill off the floor.
And if that doesn't scare you, get a load of this:
These people are absolutely insane. No wonder Hubby is trying to talk me out of more money to buy, buy, buy before the lunacy sets in.
