Seems like just yesterday I posted here, but it's been a week. Wow! Time flies when you're avoiding work. (not)
We saw Bill Cosby tonight in Tulsa. Oh, My! The man is hilarious! I laughed until my face hurt, my eyes teared, and I couldn't breathe. What talent he has - and it was all G-rated, too. It was a good evening.
Life at the dollar store is interesting. I go to work, the gal I work with goes on smoke break, hangs out with her hubby, visits with her friends, then pushes the broom around and stocks the pop shelf and points out that she did that chore for me! I mopped the whole danged store after work the other night, and apparently that's going to be SOP. It kills my back. Humbug.
Wednesday was fun - rotating clouds passing over our house. Don't even want to play that game again!
Went to the dentist - all is well.
Sent out a resume for hubby..... in Colorado. It would be neat to go back. Ala practically has her bags packed.
I found a new quilting place to hang out. I'm waiting for my membership to be processed. The graphic on this post came from their web site.
I ordered a couple of Eleanor Burns quilting books from Amazon, Egg Money Quilts and Quilts Through the Seasons.
I checked out MaryJane Butters' Life Book from the library. It's a cool book - it's on my "someday" list from Amazon.

I lived in Colorado back when I was a teenager, I loved it. Wish I could go back. Sigh. I hate working with people who goof off most of the time. Every place seems to have at least one. I'm glad you survived the storms. We had some rough weather Wednesday too.
