Career change for me?

Today I decided to rearrange the living room. I had all the furniture pulled out in the middle of the floor, the vacuum cleaner strung out, boxes of junk in various states of spilled, stuff piled on the piano, the couch, the love seat, the recliners..... seriously, when I rearrange, it looks like a cyclone blew through until I can get it all corralled again!

Alatariel looked out the window and said, "Mom, someone's coming up the drive."

I forgot to mention, I was wearing a huge green tee shirt, navy blue shorts, brown socks, and the girls were untethered. Yep, that's a sure lure for company if ever I saw one.

What to my surprise - it was my old assistant manager from the vitamin store! He and his wife came looking for me; he said he lost my phone number and wanted to talk to me.

Seems the manager at the store quit, he's running the store now, and he needs help. He wants me to come work for him!

Well, isn't that sweet!

I'm tellin' ya, it's not half as hard as working at the dollar store. If they'll pay me enough to cover my dollar store salary (minimum wage - how hard is that?) plus cover my gas expense, I'm there.
