Last Thanksgiving we went to my brother&sil's house for dinner. She served this incredible olive dip that I begged her to share the recipe. I finally got it from her a couple of days ago (sent her the olive bread link from the pioneer woman site and she remembered to send the dip recipe).
If you love olives (as I do), this dip is To Die For.
Cheese-Olive Dip
1 1/2 cups pimiento-stuffed(otherwise known as green) olives, finely chopped
1 cup (4oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup pitted ripe(otherwise known as black) olives, finely chopped
2 small green onions, finely chopped
I use low-fat Cheddar cheese and low-fat mayo. I have made
it both ways and can't tell any difference.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spoon into an
ungreased shallow 1qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25 mins.
or until thoroughly heated. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers.

Sounds yummy!
It's too bad I like to eat as much as I like to cook.
Oh, my, that sounds delicious. I adore olives, my brother and I fight over the bowl of them at any family dinner.
I only had it once at Thanksgiving last year, but as I recall, I couldn't keep my paw out of it.
I can remember toddling around the house with black olives stuck on each finger when I was little. I'd still do it, but my fingers outgrew the olive holes.
I'm not much on cooking but I can sure put it away. Maybe if I liked my kitchen better, I'd like to cook better.
Moving note: make sure I love the kitchen.
So are you guys really moving? When? Where? So many questions. LOL!
