I'm Ready

I have batteries, food, firewood (plus kindling, newspaper, starter logs, and lighters), potable water, flush water, board games, reading material, candles, and the love seat is placed strategically in front of the fireplace. The cats have food and litter to last for a week. The laundry is done (thanks, Hubby!). The vehicle gas tanks are full. We're ready for the big ice storm that will probably fizzle out before it gets here.

Ala has a dental appointment tomorrow morning, then an appointment with the new doctor tomorrow afternoon. The ortho appointment is no biggie, but she's going to be really bummed if we can't make the appointment to get the MRI results. Nothing else to do but wait & see.
