Considering I now have 17 cats in my house, they make horrible messes, turn over furniture, leave fur balls everywhere, and the kittens have made a huge mess of my guest bath....
I have listed Bitsy and Sasha Foo for adoption on craigslist.org. I also offered Callie to someone who was looking for a calico kitten. Much as I hate to part with them (I got teary-eyed as I offered my kitties to other people), thinning the herd is mandatory. My lovely daughter has already picked out five of the eight kittens that she wants to keep.

More will be put up for adoption shortly - I just have to decide who I could possibly stand to part with.
Today's big news: The daughter's wisdom teeth are going to cost $1600 to take out. Add that to the $507 to snip her front lip, with nominal contributions from insurance.... Seems like we can't get ahead for staying behind!
On a happy note: I needed to order checks, and with a little googling I found discount codes for checksunlimited.com. I snagged 4 boxes of duplicate checks and 200 return address labels for $26. Yay.
