Kitty Update

I haven't seen the newly spayed kitty since she bolted from the cage. Not pleasant to see $107 in vet fees running into the brush.

I haven't seen many of the cats since she was trapped. The food I put out goes mostly uneaten. I'm wondering if there's frightened kitty scent where she spent the night in the trap, which is near where I put food. The only cat I've seen in three days is Shadow.

I went to the doc yesterday to get a tetanus booster, and he insisted that I take antibiotics. I suppose it's a good thing. My fingers are red, swollen, and stiff, but they aren't as painful as they had been.

The dollar store finally called and I'm scheduled to work this evening. The manager said I'd probably work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. That's fine by me.
