Today I'm thankful for the beautiful (windy) day and for the rain that came earlier in the week.
I'm thankful that my daughter has renewed her home school efforts. It's difficult to stay focused this time of year. It was always hard for me. It was hard for #1Son. She realized she was falling off and we're working together to get things back on track.
I'm thankful that I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to the new quilting store to sign up for a quilting class. I'm quite excited.
I'm thankful that my hubby continues to put up with my house full of cats, which he mostly despises. He knows, however, that it makes his girls immensely happy to have all these felines climbing on the furniture, coughing up hair balls, and leaving a trail of shed fur wherever they go.
I'm thankful that my MIL has fully recovered from the fall on her head and that tomorrow we will celebrate her 88th birthday.
I'm grateful that I almost have enough points accumulated in payroll class to squeak out a "C," and as far as I'm concerned, that's good enough for this class.
Thanks to Julie at Another Chance Ranch for hosting Thankful Thursday. Thanks to Aunt Jo for reminding me it was Thursday when I read her post!
