It rained last night! Not only has it soaked the yard, but I have a few spots on the ceiling that are soaked, too. I woke to the sound of water dripping this morning.... couldn't find any big leaks, but there's a wet spot on the bedroom ceiling next to the bathroom wall. I think the water must have been dripping inside the wall as I can't find any other leaks. I have images of black mold dancing in my head.
Otherwise, I enjoy rainy days. There's something peaceful about them, perhaps because the Spartan Aeronautics pilot wanna-bees can't fly through our trees on days like today.
Spartan is another rant. Let's just say I have absolutely no use for the law-breaking fools. They are a pox on the lives of country dwellers.
My inside kitties who have recently been granted access to the great outdoors are having a tough time of it today. Chester is my biggest outside fan, but he's not keen on playing in the water.
Schnauzermom, I've not gotten the bulbs in the mail yet. If I can't get them mailed today, I'll wait until Monday so they don't have to sit in a post office over the weekend.
Hubby is holed up in the bedroom staring at the tv and listening to the Supremes hear arguments over the DC gun case. He feels like it's going well. All I can say is, if the case goes the way of the libs, it will be tough times ahead.
I'm feeling well after my visit to the doc last week. Steroid shots are marvelous. Hoping the stenosis will stay under control from here on.
Aunt Jo has tagged me again. I'll get to that after a bit!

We have had lots of rain here too. Maybe the fire danger will be low for a while. No hurry on the seens, just whenever. I'm glad you're feeling better.
I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.
We ended up with 2-1/2 inches of rain. We sure needed it after not getting much snow this winter.
