Woo Hoo! We had snow Thursday. Not enough to be really excited over, but it was still pretty. for a short time, we had some really big flakes, but mostly we just had "sneet". Today it was in the 60's; just a lovely, sunny, spring-like day. I had all the windows open and enjoyed the fresh air while I worked.

I spent the day doing work for the day-job. Now I'm ready to sew, and I can't find my box of straight pins! I'm fit to be tied. The last time I remember having them, I was picking them up after the cats spilled them. I put them somewhere "safe." That's the last I saw of them.

Hub and I took Alatariel to see the tapeologist yesterday. I'm sorry we didn't see this guy to begin with; she might be over her injury by now. She's sporting bright pink kinesio tape all over her feet and ankles. She goes back next week to have her response evaluated and the tape guy will give us instructions on how to tape her. I hope this is the magic bullet.

Yes, there's more to what he did than just slap tape on her ankle. I retract my tacky comments (but reserve the right to resubmit them is this turns out to be Hocus Pocus.)

I bought some Octagon soap at Drug Warehouse Thursday. I'm not completely sure what to do with it. It says on the label to use it for laundry, dishes, and cleaning counter tops and stoves. OK, the laundry part I can figure out - grate it in the water. But.. dishes? Do I grate it in dish water, rub my sponge over it, or rub it on the dishes? And the counter and stove? And removing spots from laundry - do I rub the bar on the spot? My Google search on Octagon Soap for Dummies came up empty. Sometimes these things just get beyond me.

Family is clamoring for dinner. Then I think I'm going to Dollar General in search of pins.

We haven't had any snow in a long time. Everything keeps going North of us. So your pins are a little too safe, huh? Love the kitty picture!

That's the one thing I miss about Denver - snow. On the other hand, we could rarely use the fireplace because of pollution alerts.
