Poor Kitty

I found this poor little beat up tom hanging out on my back porch yesterday. He's been in so many fights, his nose looks like a checkerboard. Does that color pattern look vaguely familiar?

I finally got response on my first homework assignment. Most issues were minor rounding issues (Excel has rounding issues?) and I actually missed two problems. Score: 180/200. I'm approximately 4 chapters behind, now. I don't care if the Evil Red Dots go away on the spread sheets any more. I just want to get this crap done.

Alatariel has decided to take another month off dance. When she goes back, I'm going to take her to the class in Stillwater for a while. It's smaller, so she'll have a better chance to catch up on what she's missed. Downside: four hours round trip. What we do for our kids.

Ala and I went to the dollar store in town last week, and she 'bout had a conniption fit when she walked through the door. She dragged me to the back of the store to tell me that her First Crush was working at the check out. She hadn't seen him since maybe sixth grade. Now she's all crushed again. We have to go to the store several times a week in hopes of seeing him. So far, we've missed him most times.

We got a little ice from a storm that was supposed to wreak havoc on us during the night. Most of it moved north of us. Missed the fun again. Darn.

Poor kitty indeed.

He looks like he's been on the receiving end of some nasty business. Poor guy.

I hear you on the homework. I'm so far behind in physics it's not even funny anymore. I have absolutely no chance to pass this class with a decent grade.

I think Poor Kitty is the one I see fighting with Simba all the time. Sadly, we are so overrun with feral cats that it's time to thin the herd. I get weepy just thinking about it.

Maybe we need to have a study weekend. No, a study week.

The kitty looks like he's had a rough life.

I've always hated homework. Glad it's you doing it and not me. Ha, ha!
