We finally got to go! The venue wasn't as nice, but the show was excellent. Alatariel and I are staying overnight, and the cast is staying at the same hotel. If I was a busy-body, I'd go hunt them down and talk to them. Lucky for them, I'm not!

Wow!! I am so glad you are getting to see this fabulous show!! Is it the same cast as in St. Louis? Wasn't it wonderful? I was just awed by the talent, truly. I am so happy for you both. A bit of a getaway, eating out, not having to make the bed and to top it off, a beautiful show to see! Can't wait to hear what you thought. Seeing it is in Amarillo, I am reminded of my favorite George Strait song...Amarillo by Morning. Have to say that Amarillo has quite an "air" about it, undoubtedly due to all the stockyards. Still and yet, an interesting town!
I used to live near Amarillo, it's a great city. I hope you enjoyed the show.
Amarillo is definitely aromatic! We at at McDonald's, of all places, and had donuts for breakfast. It's a rare day that I'll even consider sugar-coated deep-fried lard. What I saw of the town was pretty run-down, but we did find a great quilt shop on the south side.
