It's Empty

I made my annual pilgrimage to downtown Tulsa to mail what little I had in savings to the big, bad, feddy gov'ment, and now my bank account is empty. It was a bit entertaining, what with the war protesters lined up on the sidewalk exercising their right to freedom of speech. Lots of amusing signs about wasting money on war, but the best was "Health care, not warfare." Whatever. Government controlled medical care will be the bitter end, I fear. Look what they've done to Social Security and Medicare. Who seriously thinks they can handle health care for every person in this country? OK, sorry. Rant over.

Drillers opening home game is tomorrow. Yay! Then there's another game Friday. Hmmmm.... s'posta rain on Friday. My exciting plans this weekend including cleaning, packing, and not much else.

I have pregnant kitties visiting my back porch looking for handouts, as well as some quite handsome Toms who are courting the little girls. Sigh. Where's my gun?

Your place is Kitty Central, where they all come to hang out.
