Tomorrow I can cancel ESPN and my Dish bill won't make me cry when I open it. I don't really cry. I just marvel at the cost of watching a couple of ball games every week.
I used to watch football, follow it, have my favorite teams, favorite players. Heck, I still have a framed picture of Jim McMahon, although it no longer hangs in my living room. We had some incredible football parties! Then I moved to Denver, Colorado.
Denver! Broncos! Wow! you might think,.Yep, I thought that too. Sadly, I no longer had any football buddies, and I just couldn't live and breathe John Elway like every other Broncos fan. My football fever eventually broke.
It never came back.
Oddly enough, as I sat here and watched the start of the game with Hubba Hubby, who gets showcased among the Other Superbowl Winners In Attendance, but John Elway. My, he's gotten old. Well, I guess I have too.
Hubby has his Terrible Towel that he got at Superbowl XL, and he's having a good time. That's what's important.
And.... the Dish bill is going down.

I never was a football fan. A bunch of overweight guys chasing each other around the field.
