Having spent too much time wandering around Wally World, I didn't really want to wander around the kitchen looking for something to cook. Hubby suggested the Schwan's cheese stuffed shells that are getting frostbitten in the freezer. I was a conscientious cook and read the nutrition panel, then cooked accordingly. Baked then in marinara sauce, sprinkles a little parm shreds over them. Pretty good.

I had run across a recipe for "Savory Sugar Snap Peas" somewhere last week, or maybe the week before. All I remember is that they had garlic in them. Sounded like a complimentary side for the shells. I finely chopped two cloves of garlic, warmed in about 1 T grapeseed oil, added a few shakes of cayenne pepper. Tossed in three good handfuls of frozen SSPs, salt, and pepper, put a lit on it, and let them perk on med heat (which is more medium-low on my stove) while the shells baked. They ended up browning a bit, which is fine by me. Hubby says I like my food burned, anyway. Everyone like them. While it wasn't a diet dinner, it wasn't overboard.

Sounds like a good dinner. My MIL buys stuff from Schwan's. At least she used to anyway. Sometimes she gives stuff to us if she doesn't like it. Not gluten free but then DH can eat it.
They have a new item: grilled chicken bites (no breading). Pretty tasty flavorings they've put on it.
