I visited JoAnn's website today to find they were having a big weekend sale - gobs of stufff at 50% off. I loaded Ala in the car and off we went. Not only did I find a lot more fabric that I don't need, but the Rowenta irons were half off, too. I've wanted a steam generator for months, but couldn't plop down the money for one. Half off JoAnn's already-jacked-up price made the iron about $40 less than anywhere I'd priced it. It came home with me.
Hubby will now expect all his shirts to be ironed.
The woman standing in line behind me commented that she had one. She said, "People told me it makes ironing fun, and I thought they were crazy, but it's true!" She said she loved her iron and congratulated me on my investment.
Merry Christmas to me! Santa is being very good to me this year.

That is one cool looking iron. My DH needs one, he's the one who does the ironing.
It's supposed to make your clothes look like they just came from the dry cleaner. I'm setting up an ironing corner in the sewing room so it'll always be ready to use.
