Young Chester is sporting a lovely red leather collar adorned with a charming vet id tag. Chester's bling is available from the House of Petsmart for only $10.99.
Yep, 'leven bucks for a blinkin' cat collar.
Chester is waiting for the day he can be an in/out cat without Mom watching over him. Mom's just a little afraid he'll come home with a checkerboard nose like Poor Kitty has.
We found Chester's wild man papa kitty in the trap this morning. Sadly, I couldn't come up with anything to do with him without spending a bunch of cash I just can't flash right now. Papa was set free for another day.
Channel 6 had a big spot on pet alterations. The town kitties can make appointments for budget spays and neuters. The wild country kitties, however, don't qualify for such nice treatment. I wrote to the news anchor who did the spot and asked her to figure out something for folks in our situation. I'm not holding my breath for an answer.
We're watching "Stardust" this evening. It's pretty good.
In the morning, on our way West, we're stopping at #1Son's place to drop off a th chest of drawers that have been taking up space in my sewing room. How exciting!
Dryer's buzzing. Time to fold clothes.
